A few weeks or a few months in a hotel adds up fast, and it’s rarely a comfortable way to live out of a suitcase with your family in tow. We’ve been quietly solving this problem for our clients for a while now, and we wanted to officially introduce it to you.

We own 12 short-term fully furnished rental properties in Arlington, Virginia. Eight of them are one-bedroom, one-bath units in great locations, walking distance to a lot of what makes Arlington a wonderful place to live, with easy commutes and parking included (which is no small thing in Arlington). The properties are nicely done, well maintained, and our host ratings are consistently high across the board. We’re also opening a new two-bedroom, one-bath unit in Arlington that’s a great fit for smaller families. And we have access to a single-family home short-term rental in Old Town Alexandria for clients who need a little more space.
