As you all know, we’ve been in a seller’s market for the better part of four years. How long will this trend continue? I don’t know, but I think the end is creeping up. However, when I say it’s a seller’s market, most people get the wrong idea. Some sellers think they’ll put their home on the market, it’ll sell for heaps of money, and everything will be awesome. In reality, there are specific challenges that sellers have in this market, and I want to talk about the five main ones.
